Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must:

What You’ll Do
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and choice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required
- Encouraging independence and helping people achieve their personal goals
- Supporting community access, appointments and social activities
- Administering medication following training and company procedures
- Completing accurate care records
- Promoting safeguarding, wellbeing and dignity
- Working as part of a supportive and professional care team
