Full-Time Chauffeurs Wanted – Dynamo of London
Dynamo of London is recruiting professional TfL PCO or Hertsmere licensed chauffeurs for full-time chauffeur work in London.
We are looking for reliable, well-presented, London-based chauffeurs who understand high standards of presentation, punctuality, discretion, hygiene, customer service and vehicle care.
This role is suitable for experienced chauffeurs looking for regular work with a professional London chauffeur company. Previous military, police, ambulance, fire service or other emergency services experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
Position details:
- London-based role
- Applicants must live in London
- 4–6 working days per week
- 8–12 hour shifts depending on bookings
- One day off per week
- Earnings typically between £40,000–£50,000+ per year, depending on hours and days worked
- No vehicle running costs for the chauffeur
Company covers:

- Maintenance and servicing

- Approved vehicle and client-related expenses
The chauffeur is not expected to pay vehicle running costs from their own pocket.
Duties include:
- Chauffeuring clients safely, professionally and punctually
- Maintaining a clean, presentable and comfortable vehicle
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Keeping the vehicle fuelled or charged
- Completing proper vehicle handovers with the other driver
- Assisting passengers when appropriate
- Maintaining discretion, confidentiality and calm conduct
- Reporting vehicle issues immediately
- Following company standards for dress, hygiene, cleanliness and customer service
- Using company communication channels and following dispatch instructions
Requirements:
- Valid TfL PCO licence or Hertsmere private hire licence
- Minimum 2 years’ chauffeur experience
- Strong knowledge of London roads, airports and hotels
- Excellent timekeeping
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong hygiene standards
- Smart chauffeur attire: suit, shirt, tie and smart shoes where required
- Careful, smooth and safe driving style
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to keep the vehicle clean and presentable
- Ability to share and hand over the vehicle properly with another driver
- Right to work in the UK
- Clean driving record preferred
- DBS/background check may be required
