Price Express Transport Limited is a well-established Specialist Handling transport company, primarily delivering commercial catering equipment, IT cabinets and cash machines. We operate a large fleet of 3.5t – 18t vehicles nationwide, from our main depot in Barnsley / Doncaster and sites in Felbridge, Bristol and Telford.

Installer / 3.5t Driver
This job entails approximately 4-8 pallet deliveries per day across the South West and Wales as part of a 2 person team driving a 3.5t Luton van with tail-lift. On occasion you may also be travelling with HGV Drivers and assisting as a Driver's Mate. Responsibility for unloading, securing loads, delivery paperwork and telephone calls relating to the deliveries. A high degree of specialist handling is involved in the deliveries which are high value goods. Some deliveries will require positioning inside, unpacking and some installation work, so experience of this is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
Following a successful probation period, there is the opportunity for the successful applicant to enter a fully funded training scheme to obtain LGV Class C Licence, therefore a clean driving licence is essential.
We operate Monday to Friday, start times and hours will vary depending on the route.
Applicants must have:
- Excellent customer service skills as an ambassador for Price Express Transport
- Good physical condition due to the nature of the work (full training and equipment will be provided)
- Attention to detail and be able to follow processes
- The ability to work well and safely as part of a team
