The role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project in Merton, SW16 of 9 new-build homes, therefore previous experience managing residential projects essential. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of building works in a completely safe and fully controlled fashion, ensuring all build processes are performed effectively and safely, in complete accordance with RAMS. You will be responsible for ensuring all site personnel follow the SHE Policy and adhere to H&S legislation at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for individuals that have the following:
- NVQ level min L4 in a Construction related qualification
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid at Work qualified
- Black CSCS Card
- Valid Driving Licence
Offering a salary circa £55k - £60k , ideally we are looking for someone who can start almost immediately.
If shortlisted, we will conduct a telephone screen in the first before arranging a face-to-face interview.
It is important you have worked in a similar role for a SME and have your valid certificates plus the Right to Work in the UK.
