Responsibilities

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to build a cohesive and efficient team.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor food costs to optimize profitability.
- Foster a positive hospitality environment by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating strong team management skills.
- Extensive restaurant experience with hands-on culinary knowledge including food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations essential for maintaining compliance.
- Experience in managing food production processes in busy kitchen environments.
- Background in hospitality or hotel operations is advantageous for understanding guest service dynamics.
- Barista experience or bar service background is a plus for versatile beverage program management.
