We are recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Head Housekeeper with ensuring the highest standards of cleaning are maintained across hire fleet and public areas through routine checks and management. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests, to make every day feel like a holiday.
Role: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Newton Hall Holiday Park, Staining, FY3 0AX
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £13.46 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00-16:30, with half an hour break each day.
Role overview
- Undertake the cleaning of areas within the caravans, changing bed linen, vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning of the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas.
- Allocate bedding, travel, ironing and towel pack
- Assist with rota management
- Quality Checks
- Deep cleans
- Dressing of sales vans
- Undertake the cleaning of general / public areas as required.

Requirements:
- Experience of housekeeping; supervisor experience would be advantageous though training will be provided.
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Able to produce valid driving licence
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
