Marketing Executive Position - Ahead Agency
Ahead Agency (www.aheadagency.co.uk) is hiring! We're a young, growing marketing agency working with clients in the construction and design industry, and we're expanding our team.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised, forward-thinking person to join us and help manage our in-house marketing alongside our clients' marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone keen to build a career in marketing, full training and mentoring provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter more than years of experience.
Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
Job type: Full-time, PAYE, permanent
Location: Office-based in Redhill, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, DOE

Paid team days and evenings out
General Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Scheduling and sharing content plans with clients
- Managing client social media accounts (posts and stories)
- Creating content provided by the clients
- General communication with clients on the director's behalf
- Producing monthly reports, sharing progress, and arranging weekly/monthly client meetings on the director's behalf
- Attending client meetings where necessary
- Managing Ahead's ow in-house marketing (social media and website management)
Additional responsibilities with progress:
- Managing paid ads across Google and Meta (full training provided)
- Editing in-house generated client content and Ahead content
- On-site photography and filming
What we're looking for:
- An interest in and basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Extremely organised (essential)
- Driven and forward-thinking
- IT literate, comfortable using Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat
- Punctual with strong timekeeping and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- A genuine willingness to learn and adapt
Full in-house training and ongoing mentoring provided, we'll bring you up to speed on all the industry knowledge and ways of working you need.
