We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet or window cleaning
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure service expectations are met
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between sites
- Good command of English language for effective communication with colleagues and clients
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and team members
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and respond to client needs effectively
