Dee View Court Neurological Care Centre is a specialist neurological service in Aberdeen, providing expert neurorehabilitation and long term care for 44 residents with complex needs. The home offers a clinically led yet homely environment, where a skilled multidisciplinary team supports individuals with brain injuries and neurological conditions to maximise independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Admin Assistant Contract

Role Overview
As Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient day to day running of the home. This is a varied and fast paced role where your organisation, attention to detail and communication skills will ensure operations run effectively.
You will support a range of administrative tasks including payroll input, staff records, scheduling and general office duties, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will also act as a point of contact, handling telephone enquiries and supporting communication across the team.
Working closely with the management and wider team, you will help maintain organised systems, support coordination of tasks and contribute to a professional and well run environment.
