We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Checker to conduct routine inspections of properties to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, secure, and ready for occupancy. This role plays a key part in maintaining property standards and delivering a high-quality experience for residents, guests, or tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and visual inspections of assigned properties.
- Check for cleanliness, damage, maintenance issues, and overall condition.
- Report any issues, damages, or unusual findings promptly to the operations manager or property manager.
- Verify that utilities, locks, lights, and appliances are functioning correctly.
- Take and submit inspection photos using a checklist or mobile app (if applicable).
- Ensure properties are secure (doors, windows, alarm systems).
- Restock basic supplies or amenities if required (optional, depending on property type).
- Communicate with maintenance or cleaning teams for follow-up tasks.
- Document and log each visit with detailed notes and images.
Experience & Required Skills
- Previous experience in property inspection, housekeeping, facilities, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and follow checklists thoroughly.
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for reporting.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions:
- Physical activity required: walking, climbing stairs, inspecting interiors/exteriors.
- May involve working outdoors or in varying weather conditions.
