The Opportunity
An established, Norfolk Land Agents is seeking an MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor to join their close-knit team. In this highly varied role, you will work directly with a diverse portfolio of local landowners, farmers, and rural estates. You will play a key part in the day-to-day management of rural property assets while delivering expert professional consultancy and driving future growth for the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional Valuations: Prepare and deliver formal RICS 'Red Book' valuations for secured lending, probate, taxation, and purchase/sale purposes.
- Estate & Land Management: Advise and manage rural estates, farms, and let property. Draft and manage Farm Business Tenancies (FBTs), Grazing Licenses, and Contract Farming Agreements.
Ideally you will MRICS qualified with a few years experience working in a rural practice.

Pay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
Experience:
- working in rural land agency: 3 years (preferred)
- MRICS qualified: 1 year (preferred)
