We’re looking for Level 2 & Level 3 Pharmacy Tutors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping learners succeed in their careers.
You might already be an apprenticeship tutor. Or you might be a Pharmacy Technician ready for a new challenge and interested in moving into teaching.
Either way - we’ll support you with the training and qualifications you need.

What you’ll be doing
- Coaching and supporting pharmacy apprentices throughout their journey
- Delivering engaging teaching sessions (online and occasionally face-to-face)
- Reviewing progress and providing meaningful, actionable feedback
- Supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and end point assessment
- Working closely with employers to ensure apprentices develop the right skills
- Contributing to a high-quality, consistent learner experience
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Current or recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist
- A genuine passion for developing others
We’d also love:
- Experience in teaching, coaching or assessing
- A teaching or assessor qualification (or willingness to complete one)
