Job Roles:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Carer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clients and the business needs are meet while complying with the care sector polices, compliances and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
· Provide companionship and emotional support
· Administer medication as prescribed
· Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
· Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
· Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being
· Maintain accurate records of care provided
· Follow care plans and ensure the highest standards of care are met
What you will need:
· To be able to pass an enhanced DBS check as our carers look after vulnerable people and other people.
· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Knowledge of the care sector and keeping up with compliance of care sector
· To have experience working in the care sector
· Necessary care qualifications to be able to work in domiciliary care
Pay: £25,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
