Retail Manager - St Elizabeth's Charity Shop
Location: Saffron Walden
Salary: £12.84 per hour
Contract: Flexible / Casual (as and when required)
Do you love retail, enjoy bringing people together and want your work to have a genuine purpose?
At St Elizabeth's Charity Shop, every sale helps us support children, young people and adults with complex needs - so when you're welcoming a customer, sorting donations, creating an eye-catching display or supporting one of our amazing volunteers, you're helping make a real difference.
We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Retail Manager to join our team on a flexible, casual basis, providing cover and support when needed.
If you're looking for a role where you can use your retail skills while giving something back to your local community, we'd love to hear from you.
More than just a charity shop
Our shops are an important part of the St Elizabeth's community. They raise vital funds, bring people together and help us share our mission beyond our beautiful countryside site.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team of volunteers, helping create a welcoming shop where customers enjoy coming back and donations are given a new lease of life.
No two shifts will be quite the same. You could be supporting volunteers, creating an inspiring shop floor, serving customers, managing donations or helping the team reach it's sales targets.
And every day, you'll know that what you do contributes to something bigger.
