Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Inventory Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is part-time initially, with the potential to transition into a full-time position upon successful training and performance.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse — from picking and packing orders to handling inventory software, stock intake, and maintaining organized records. You must be reliable, able to think on your feet, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Print, process, and pick/pack daily orders with high attention to detail.
- Ensure items are correctly labeled, securely packaged, and shipped on time.
- Inventory Management:
- Use inventory software to track stock levels, process adjustments, and handle discrepancies.
- Monitor low-stock items and flag inventory shortages proactively.
- Identify and resolve inventory errors or issues.
- Stock Receiving & Processing:
- Receive daily deliveries and verify item quantities against invoices.
- Tag items accurately with the correct SKUs and quantities.
- Ensure accurate logging of incoming stock into the system.
- Warehouse Organization & Upkeep:
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Keep paperwork and stock documentation up to date and in order.
- Handle small and delicate items with care and precision.
- Problem Solving & Communication:
- Respond to order-related or stock-related queries effectively.
- Think critically to resolve order/inventory issues quickly and professionally.
- Communicate with supervisors or management about issues and improvements.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems/software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Schedule:
- Part-Time initially (flexible hours)
- Potential to become Full-Time based on performance and training progress.
