About the Role
We are seeking experienced Multi-Traders to join our growing team delivering social housing voids, disrepair, and refurbishment works across Suffolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operatives looking for consistent, long-term work on void property programmes. We offer competitive rates with opportunities to maximise earnings through productivity and quality workmanship.
The role will involve carrying out a variety of repairs and refurbishment works to bring vacant social housing properties back to lettable standard, along with disrepair and planned maintenance works as required.

- Carpentry (1st & 2nd Fix)
- Basic Plumbing
- Patch Plastering and Making Good
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Flooring Repairs
- Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishments
- General Property Maintenance
- Void Property Reinstatement Works
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience working on social housing voids
- Strong multi-trade background with the ability to complete works independently
- Good understanding of void property specifications and turnaround programmes
- Own van, tools and transport preferred
- CSCS card desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship
