Job Purpose
To carry out the installation and refurbishment of bathrooms in social housing properties, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and in compliance with health and safety regulations and customer care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out full bathroom installations, including:
- Installation of new baths, showers, WCs, basins, taps, and rads.
- Plying floor
- Ensure all work meets required quality standards, specifications, and relevant building regulations.
- Work in occupied properties with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining respect for residents and their homes.
- Report any additional works or variations to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety policies, including use of PPE and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe disposal of waste materials in accordance with environmental policies.
- Work collaboratively with other trades (electricians, plasterers, decorators, etc.) to deliver completed projects efficiently.
- Uphold the organisation’s commitment to excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction.
