Bluebird Care Mid-South are looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a full-time basis, living & working in our customers’ homes on a weekly rota basis up.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to family or healthcare professionals.
