We are seeking a dedicated and energetic weekend cleaner to join our team in Swan Valley, Northampton. Hours of Work
Saturday - 5pm to 7pm (2 Hours)
Sunday - 4pm to 6pm (2 Hours)
Total hours per week - 4pm
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces during scheduled weekend shifts
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of cleanliness
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management
- Maintain a tidy workspace by organizing cleaning tools and materials after use
- Follow health and safety protocols to create a safe environment for all staff and visitors
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, floor buffers, or carpet cleaners is advantageous
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for the duration of the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled hours
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Clear understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
