Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities. Your efforts will ensure that our workspace remains tidy, hygienic, and conducive to productivity, supporting our commitment to a high standard of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of work areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold cleanliness standards
- Support team efforts in maintaining an organized and sanitary workplace
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation standards in hospitality settings
