About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Officer to join an established maintenance team. The role involves carrying out high-quality internal and external painting works across residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out internal and external painting works to a high standard
- Complete painting tasks efficiently as part of an established team
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working within tenants' properties
- Follow workplace procedures, including confidentiality requirements
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets the required quality and health & safety standards
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
- Fully qualified Painter with proven experience in internal and external painting
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Able to sign and comply with a Confidentiality Agreement
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
- Professional and respectful attitude when working with tenants
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Knowledge of the Vale of Glamorgan area
- Previous experience working in residential or tenant-facing environments
