Job Description:
DTC Foods, the company behind Eversfield Organic and The Organic Butchery, is looking for a reliable and organised Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Matching supplier invoices to goods received.
- Processing and matching supplier credit notes.
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Be the point of contact for supplier invoice queries
- Supporting the Finance Manager with other finance and administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a purchase ledger role and be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Experience using Xero is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided. Experience using a stock management system will also be beneficial.
This is an office-based role at our head office in Bratton Clovelly, near Okehampton. We are looking for someone who can work 8–10 hours per week across two days. It would be preferred if one of the days was a Tuesday.
