Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen tasks to support smooth service flow
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, utensils, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues quickly
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, with a strong focus on serving or food service roles
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality settings is a plus
- Knowledge of culinary practices and restaurant workflows will enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude to engage guests effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
