Overview:
We're looking for a Trainee Games Publisher (Certification & Delivery) to join our Publishing & Certification team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a fast-paced gaming environment while supporting the successful delivery, launch, and certification of games across global regulated markets.
Working closely with game studios, certification partners, compliance teams, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in coordinating content, managing marketing assets, supporting certification processes, and ensuring games are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Publishing & Delivery Support

Support Games Publishers with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth game delivery and launches

Manage and coordinate bespoke marketing asset requests for operators

Request, track, and maintain studio asset packs, ensuring quality and completeness

Assist with publishing processes across internal systems and platforms

Populate and maintain accurate, timely content on Client Zone (CZ) and other platforms

Organise and manage marketing and game-related materials

Coordinate between studios, operators, and internal teams to meet asset and content requirements

Support effective communication to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
Certification & Compliance Support

Assist with certification activity in collaboration with certification house(s) and operational games delivery teams, supporting accurate and timely certification of games

Support the identification and tracking of risks associated with certification delivery, escalating as required

Help maintain the Master Certificate List and jurisdiction-specific Certificate Lists as a reference for the business

Ensure game certificates and other certification documents are filed and accessible for the business

Help prepare and provide certification documents required by customers

Support the Compliance team with the timely request, retrieval, storage and communication of certification approvals
