The Role
Uk Security Shutters Ltd is expanding our lead generation team across Staffordshire and Cheshire and we're looking for confident, motivated Door Canvassers / Lead Generation Advisors to join us.
Your role is straightforward: speak with homeowners in designated areas, introduce the benefits of home security products to, establish whether they may be interested, and arrange a free, no-obligation home security assessment with one of our experienced advisors.
This is lead generation – you are not expected to sell or close the customer at the door.
You'll be representing an established company of 30 years generating qualified appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Canvassing residential areas within an agreed territory
- Speaking directly with homeowners about security products
- Generating genuine, qualified leads and booking appointments
- Accurately recording customer details and appointment information
- Representing Uk Security Shutters Ltd professionally at all times
- Working towards individual and team lead-generation targets
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who are confident, personable and comfortable speaking to new people.
Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing, field sales, lead generation, fundraising, telecoms, utilities, home improvements or renewable energy would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
You should have:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive and outgoing personality
- Confidence approaching and engaging homeowners
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Reliability and a professional attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full product and lead-generation training will be provided.
