We’re looking for someone like you to join our dedicated team at Crewe and Nantwich Supported Living Network, where we support individuals living in their own homes to lead fulfilling lives and stay connected to their community.
About the Role
You’ll be part of a team providing 24-hour person-centred support, helping people maintain their tenancies, manage daily living tasks, and achieve their personal goals. Support includes:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Food preparation
- Managing finances
- Community engagement
We work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure services reflect each person’s choices, aspirations, and preferences.
About you
No experience? No problem!
We provide a full induction, ongoing training, and support. What matters most is that you:
- Are compassionate and respectful
- Have excellent spoken English
- Are flexible and reliable
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Can work a rota including alternate weekends and bank holidays
(Shifts between the hours of 8am––10pm, with optional sleep-ins)

Pay & Benefits
- £13.26/hr, rising to £13.47/hr
- Time and a half on weekends and bank holidays
- Double pay on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
