We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to take the next step in their career or for an experienced Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef Ollie Moore to deliver consistently high-quality food, support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help maintain our excellent standards.
Responsibilities
- Running your section confidently and efficiently
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining consistently high food standards and presentation
- Assisting with training and supporting junior chefs
- Ensuring excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Helping with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
- Contributing ideas for seasonal menus
- Working as part of a positive, hardworking team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (preferred)
