Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Salary: £29,346.96 (£27,346.96 Basic + £2,000 PA Shift Premium)
Location: Caerphilly
Shift Patterns: Rotating weekly across Days (06:00–14:00), Afternoons (14:00–22:00) and Nights (22:00–06:00)

The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an essential part in our day-to-day operations. From goods-in and stock control to order picking and dispatch. You’ll help ensure that every customer receives the right products on time, every time.
What will you do?
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and picking lists.
- Inspect goods to ensure quality, correct quantities, and damage-free packaging.
- Unload and load vehicles safely, including containers and delivery vehicles.
- Maintain stock accuracy, assist with regular counts, and report any discrepancies.
- Support goods-in, goods-out, and replenishment activities as needed.
- Rotate stock effectively to ensure older items are used first.
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with all safety procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, not essential).
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance, Reach, Articulated/Bendi trucks) - preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, flexible attitude and team spirit.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
