Across Systems Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee maintenance activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure facilities and equipment remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, coordinate service activities, and implement effective improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance operations and service schedules
- Lead maintenance teams and coordinate technical activities
- Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational performance
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor maintenance costs, resources, and performance targets
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and operational updates
- Support continuous improvement across facilities and operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance management, facilities operations, or engineering services
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and operational processes
- Experience leading teams and managing service activities
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety standards preferred
- Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, or related field preferred
Pay: £35,000.00-£70,000.00 per month
