Duties
- Assist senior stylists with hair styling
- Support store management tasks such as inventory organization, product upselling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms including photos and videos of hair transformations, tutorials, and salon events
- Promote salon services and retail products through effective upselling strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure seamless operations and personalized experiences
Qualifications
- Previous experience or training hairdressing and content creation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Knowledge of hair extensions
- Experience in front desk operations or reception duties preferred
- Creative flair for content creation with proficiency in photography or videography tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic attitude that motivates both clients and colleagues
