SCF Healthcare Furniture Ltd is the largest manufacturer of contract furniture in the South of England, specialising in high-quality furniture for the healthcare sector. We offer an extensive range of lounge, dining, bedroom and outdoor furniture, supplying customers with products that combine durability, comfort and style.
We are currently looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, has a keen eye for detail and would like to contribute to both the administrative and marketing functions of a growing business.
The Role
Based at our offices in Park Gate, Hampshire, this varied position combines day-to-day office administration with a range of marketing activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Processing customer orders and quotations accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Identifying sales opportunities and supporting the sales team where appropriate.
- Carrying out general office administration to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Assisting with marketing tasks and creative projects as required.

- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Publisher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience using Sage Accounts (training will be provided if required).
