What you'll do:
- Lead data analytics projects from planning through implementation.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to understand data requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Support data quality, governance, and reporting processes.
- Manage analytics tools, reporting systems, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through analytics.
- Stay informed on emerging data analytics technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related field.
- Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
