Mercury Security and Facilities Management currently have a vacancy for a suitable experienced control room operative to join their established team within the Belfast area.
*CCTV & SG SIA Licenses' are essential**
Proven experience in a similar role is desirable with a focus on customer service.
Have outstanding organisational skills remain calm and rational under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, having the ability to communicate at all levels with staff, public, tenants and management.
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
Become fully competent with all procedures and protocols, to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
Show decision making and problem solving skills.
Provide detailed written reports on all aspects of the operation from Incident reports, Accident reports, Defect reports, etc.
Be reliable and flexible in your approach to the role have the ability to integrate into an established team.
Connect with colleagues and management to encourage delivery of a superior customer service ensuring repeat visitation of customers.
To carry out all tasks as directed by the security manager and team.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and all other relevant legislation.
To be aware of all Health and Safety requirements of the building, react to all emergency situations.
Shift pattern to vary from Sunday to Saturday (pro rata). Further details to be discussed at interview stage.
Pay: £13.88 per hour
