Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plastering Full HMO professional to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality plastering work within residential and commercial properties, ensuring all tasks meet industry standards and client specifications. Responsibilities
- Applying plaster to all walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with accuracy and attention to detail
- fitting pir insulation into dormer walls and ceilings
- Fitting insulation between joists and stud walls
- Dot and Dan insulated birds to external walls
- Bonding and patching where necessary
- Mixing plaster and other materials according to project requirements
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations on-site
- Collaborating with other trades such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers to ensure seamless project progression
- Reading schematics and technical drawings to execute precise plastering tasks
- Assisting with related construction activities including masonry, painting, fabrication, and roofing when required
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phaseRequirements
- Proven experience in plastering within residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of construction processes including roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, masonry, and general carpentry
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised fabrication equipment
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques and finishing standards
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols on construction sites
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in plastering or related trades are advantageous but not essentialThis role is ideal for dedicated professionals eager to contribute their expertise within a dynamic construction environment. All positions are paid accordingly.
Pay: £200.00-£250.00 per day
