You’ll be joining us at our large Coventry Practice. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. Working within a modern 16-surgery practice, refurbished in 2024, you'll benefit from excellent transport links, free on-site parking and a dedicated mobile phone and laptop.
The working pattern for this role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, plus two Saturdays per month from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends will also be required to support practice events and business needs. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing
Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Support patients through their treatment journey
Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you
Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
Confidence using all social platforms
Great at building relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
