Summary
We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant. This vital role supports our chiropractors and ensures patients receive exceptional care at our clinic in our community, Join us in making a positive impact on our patients' health journeys.
Whilst some experience would be beneficial full training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Assist chiropractors.
- Taking diagnostic information.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, taking payments and managing patient files.
- Educate patients about post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Responding to emails.
- Helping organise social media
- Promotion of chiropractic within the community
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is not necessary but preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or clinic needs.
