Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory role.
We seek an individual who is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and passionate about retail. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and driven, demonstrating patience, determination, and the ability to bring high levels of energy and commitment to the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with strong communication abilities with Head Office.
Collaboration will be key to optimizing store performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent The North Face brand, consistently promoting and embodying our brand values.
- Support the Management Team in delivering a world-class brand experience for customers in a prominent location.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to reach their full potential.
- Assist in managing and delegating operational procedures effectively.
- Communicate efficiently with Head Office and ensure that team targets are clearly delivered.
- Contribute to maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of all staff members.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and facilitates an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Coach the store team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously seek improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing a non-discriminatory and physically and mentally safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Promote an eco-conscious and sustainable approach in all aspects of work and encourage this mindset in others.
- Engage with the world around us through activities we support, inspiring others through a passion for what we do.
