Keep Driving Auto is looking for an experienced and qualified Vehicle Mechanic to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can diagnose and repair faults efficiently, and enjoys working as part of a professional workshop.

The Role
You'll be carrying out a wide range of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a variety of makes and models, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Typical duties include:
- Servicing and routine vehicle maintenance
- Timing belt and timing chain replacements
- Clutch replacements
- Brake, suspension and steering repairs
- Engine diagnostics and fault finding
- MOT preparation and repairs
- Exhaust and emission system repairs
- Battery, alternator and starter motor replacement
- General mechanical repairs and inspections
- Maintaining accurate job records and completing work efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified Vehicle Mechanic (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous workshop experience
- Confident carrying out timing belt replacements and major mechanical repairs
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
