Job Summary
We need 2 labourers for a chimney breast removal job in Kingswinford, Birmingham, for Monday the 27th July. This is just 1 days work for mainly just putting bricks in skip and helping out as required
We have a lot of jobs in the area so there is potential for more work to be provided .
Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Support the organisation and cleanliness of the work site
- Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and positioning objects
- Prepare work areas for different projects or tasks as required
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to minimise risks
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision when necessary
Skills
- Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a labouring environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
