Paragon Traffic Management is growing FAST. Like… “we‑need-more-desk-space” fast. We’re expanding, evolving, and looking for Project Managers and Coordinators who can keep our clients happy, our projects moving, and our Projects Department from spontaneously combusting (joking… mostly).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
being the sensible adult in the room
owning relationships like a boss
solving problems before anyone knew they existed
feeling secretly smug when a plan comes together
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (AKA Why We Need Heroes)
Project Wizardry
- Take charge of key commercial & local authority accounts.
- Handle escalations like a calm, collected legend
- Deliver professional communication (and occasional peacekeeping)
Detail Detective Work
- Oversee planning, permits, resourcing & compliance
- Keep everything aligned with NRSWA, Chapter 8 and all the lovely
legislation
- Monitor KPIs without crying (we believe in you)
Relationship Sorcery
- Build trust with clients, internal teams, and local authorities
- Collaborate with Directors on performance & big‑brain decisions
- Support Project Coordinators, Assistants & Permits teams (cape optional)

- Have experience in projects and building client relationships
- Communicate like a pro and organise like their life depends on it
- Know their way around TM, highways, construction or utilities
- Understand NRSWA / Chapter 8
- Hold a UK driving licence (big bonus, but not deal‑breakers)
- Enjoy keeping things moving (literally… we’re traffic people)
