Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Supervisor to assist with the running of Luna Bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fostering a great guest atmosphere. They will have good experience in cocktail bars/nightclub environments, and they will be diligent, disciplined and reliable.
Luna is a private-hire only cocktail bar and lounge in the heart of Exeter, located on Queen Street. We are already proving to be a firm favourite with University Societies, and birthday celebrations.
As Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for serving guests efficiently, maintaining good organisation behind the bar to ensure smooth service, liaising with bookings and event organisers in set up and breakdown, and locking up the building.
We are offering a competitive experience-based salary starting at £15 per hour. Shifts are in accordance with bookings, and we are looking very busy for the upcoming semester and beyond, so likely number of shifts will be 4 or 5 per week. Shifts will be late night, any day of the week; the right candidate will have full availability all week.
