East Marsh Construction Ltd provides house clearances, garden clearances, waste removal, garden maintenance, deep cleans, domestic cleaning, and HMO/void property cleans across Lincolnshire.
We work with housing associations, local authorities, private landlords, national property maintenance contractors, Health and Social Care providers, corporate clients, and private customers, delivering reliable, high‑standard clearance, cleaning, and maintenance services.
We invest in long‑term relationships with our subcontractors. For the right person, access to a company van and ongoing work is available.
Some of our contracts may require operatives to hold a valid DBS check. This is not essential for all work, but may be needed for certain sites or clients.
We value operatives who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can work confidently in a busy, fast‑moving environment where deadlines can be tight and priorities can change quickly.
Typical Work Includes
- Full house clearances including waste removal
- Garden clearances and waste removal
- Garden maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, tidying)
- Deep cleans covering all fixtures, fittings, and appliances
- End‑of‑tenancy cleans
- Domestic cleaning
- HMO and void property cleaning
- Carpet cleaning (equipment provided)
- Oven cleaning
- Supporting trades and labour where required
Key Responsibilities
- Complete house and garden clearances safely and efficiently
- Carry out deep cleans and domestic/HMO cleans to a high standard, including fixtures, fittings, and appliances
- Perform garden maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and general outdoor tidying
- Handle waste responsibly and follow disposal rules
- Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and private customers
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude
- Be reliable, punctual, and consistent in quality
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements, site rules, and safe working practices
- Occasionally work in environments that require enhanced hygiene and safety measures, including pest‑affected or unsanitary areas, or—on rare occasions—discarded needles. Full PPE and guidance are provided for these tasks.
- Escalate issues, risks, or concerns to the management team when needed
- Work independently or within small teams

Requirements
- Must be self‑employed and CIS registered
- Valid CSCS card preferred
- Take pride in your work and maintain high standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work safely
- Own transport preferred (company van may be available for the right person)
- Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on site
- Comfortable working in a busy environment with changing priorities and time‑sensitive tasks
- Able to work occasionally in environments requiring enhanced hygiene and safety measures — full PPE and support provided
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety and commitment to safe working practices
- Able to escalate issues to management promptly and appropriately
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
