We are looking for a children’s outreach support worker for a 16 year old boy with a Down Syndrome for 16 hours per month for 1 overnight stay per month. Hours are detailed above.
Driving license required.
The successful candidate will be subject to provide an enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by the employer.
