Duties
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws and company standards.
- Serve food items with attention to presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest experience.
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, utensils, and beverages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all duties.
- Assist in setting up for events or special functions when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential; full training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
