ElectroMarket is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, growing team.
Experience with DJ, PA or home audio equipment would be an advantage, but it is not essential. If you have a genuine interest in audio-visual technology, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we will provide full training and ongoing development.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build or progress their career in the AV industry. The role may particularly suit a DJ, musician or audio enthusiast looking for a new career, although we welcome applications from candidates with a wide range of backgrounds.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by telephone, webchat and email.
- Recommend suitable products and tailored audio solutions.
- Provide clear technical advice and support throughout the sales process.
- Build customer confidence and convert enquiries into sales.
- Liaise with suppliers to identify the right solutions for customers.
- Complete daily sales and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products and the wider AV industry.

Previous sales or audio experience would be beneficial, but attitude, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important.
