Health Care Assistant
Evesham | £13.03 per hour + holiday pay
Full-time · 36 hours per week · 12-hour shifts

We're looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team in Evesham, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in a residential setting.
You'll spend your time getting to know the people you support, understanding what matters to them and helping them get on with everyday life. That might mean supporting with personal care, helping someone get out into the community, encouraging independence or simply being there when they need some reassurance.
It's a hands-on role, but relationships are at the heart of it.
What you'll be part of
PERSON-CENTRED SUPPORT
Help people with their daily routines, personal care and individual needs while respecting their choices and independence.
EVERYDAY LIFE
Support activities, appointments and community involvement, helping people do more of the things they enjoy.
A TEAM APPROACH
Work alongside colleagues to provide consistent, safe and respectful support, keeping good records and sharing information effectively.
REAL RELATIONSHIPS
Build trust over time and get to know the people you support as individuals.
You don't need years of care experience.
If you're reliable, patient and comfortable working with people, we'd like to hear from you.
We can provide the training and support you need to develop your skills. You'll also have opportunities to work towards recognised qualifications and progress within Noble Care.
