Position Overview:
As a Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in processing orders, reaching out to our valued customers weekly, and addressing their inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and help them place orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to a designated list of customers weekly to process orders.
- Maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups, primarily led through phone calls.
- Adding orders to our system, liaising urgent changes with our production team.
- Address customer inquiries and clearly communicate additional or bespoke customer requirements to our production and dispatch team, assisting with any arising queries.
- Record order details accurately in our systems and update customer information as needed.
- Generate, monitor and track sales opportunities with customers through sampling, menu re-writes and follow ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Handle walk in sales from the general public at our on-site shop.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft packages).
