We’re looking for a talented, motivated Chef who loves working with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and wants to be part of a supportive kitchen team, working alongside our Head Chef.
We know how important a good work-life balance is in hospitality. That’s why our kitchen team works a 3½-day working week, with a structured rota designed so everyone in the kitchen gets a full weekend off on a regular basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and plating high-quality dishes with attention to detail
- Working confidently both independently and alongside the Head Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef with kitchen prep, service and stock control
- Stepping up to lead the kitchen when required
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for great food
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment
- Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Someone eager to learn, develop and bring ideas to the kitchen
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of the rota
