A wonderful family based in the picturesque coastal village of Blakeney, North Norfolk, is seeking a warm and nurturing live-in nanny to become a valued part of their family for the years ahead.
This is a unique opportunity to work in one of Norfolk's most beautiful locations, surrounded by stunning coastline, open countryside and a welcoming community. The family has two delightful young children, aged 18 months and 3 years, and is looking for someone who genuinely loves spending time with children and takes great joy in supporting their development, wellbeing and happiness.
The ideal candidate will be kind, calm, affectionate and engaging, with a natural warmth that helps children feel secure, loved and encouraged to flourish. They will enjoy getting involved in all aspects of family life, from imaginative play and outdoor adventures to supporting routines, learning and day-to-day care. A strong childcare background and a solid track record of previous experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be based in East Anglia and bring a calm confidence of around 15-20 years experience.
This is a live-in position, with beautiful accommodation provided in a separate cottage close to the family home, offering both independence and privacy.
The Role
- Live-in nanny position
- Based in beautiful Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast
- Caring for two children aged 18 months and 3 years
- Five days per week
- Hours: 7:00am to 6:00pm (55 hours per week)
- Private accommodation provided in a separate cottage
- Use of a car during working hours
