As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a personable, professional and reliable Accompanied Viewer to join our team on a flexible part-time basis.

The Role
As an Accompanied Viewer, you will be responsible for conducting accompanied property viewings on behalf of our vendors, providing prospective buyers with a welcoming, informative and professional experience. You will act as an ambassador for the Signature North East brand, ensuring every viewing reflects our high standards of customer care.
The successful candidate will be guaranteed 8 hours per week, split to suit the individual and business needs, with the opportunity to work additional hours during busy periods Flexibility is essential, as working patterns will vary depending on the number of viewings booked.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accompanied viewings at residential properties across the North East.
- Arrive promptly and present properties professionally.
- Build rapport with prospective buyers and answer general property questions.
- Highlight the key features and benefits of each property.
- Provide detailed viewing feedback to our sales team following each appointment.
- Ensure the security of each property before, during and after viewings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Signature North East brand.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, confident and enjoys meeting new people.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is professional, trustworthy and well presented.
- Is organised, reliable and able to work independently.
- Is flexible and willing to work additional hours when required.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Has a genuine interest in property or customer service (estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential).
